Attorney Bret Adams Resolves over $400,000 in Back Taxes through Installment Agreements

Attorney Bret Adams was able to secure monthly payment plans for a group of clients owing, in aggregate, over $400,000 to the IRS in the month of April 2008. The payment plans, also called Installment Agreements, are negotiated based upon an analysis of taxpayers’ gross monthly income to their allowable monthly expenses. On average, these individuals owed $50,801.38 each. Mr. Adams was able to get them onto payment plans averaging $443 per month. When we added the clients Mr. Adams helped resolve through Streamlined Installment Agreements – monthly payment plans based solely on the amount the taxpayer owes – in April 2008, Bret’s resolved client tax debt exceeding half a million dollars.
